The Car Source has Credit Union Direct Lending
As of November 17, 2006, we at The Car Source have been approved to provide Credit Union Direct Lending to our customers. What does this mean to you? Well, if you are already an existing credit union member, we can enter your information, get instant approval, and do all of your credit union paperwork at our dealership without you having to make a special trip into your branch. Furthermore, the interest rate will be exactly the same as if you personally went in to your credit union branch.
If you are not currently a credit union member, we can still get you signed up, and financed from many of the credit unions in our area. We can even do this over the weekend so you can be driving your new car almost instantly with no waiting until the next business day for a decision. You see, Credit Union Direct Lending, or CUDL as we call it, gives us a direct computer link to their approval system. We simply enter your information at the computer terminal and get a response within a few minutes.
This arrangement is only extended to a few independent dealers with a solid reputation of good standing with the credit unions involved. And in all cases the interest rate you receive is exactly the same as it would be if you were to go into the branch personally.
In addition to financing your purchase, Credit Union Direct Lending allows you to finance GAP insurance, extended service contracts, and even some of the negative equity in a trade in vehicle. Credit union direct lending not only has the most competitive rates in the industry, it also will allow higher finance amounts, and longer terms.
